She has a proven track record of setting up and optimizing certified clean room production under both EU and FDA governance. Currently, she serves as the Managing Director of Viking Malt AB.
Previously, Emma held the position of Site Manager at ABBA Seafood and Göteborgs Kex at Orkla and Chief Operations Officer and Senior Director of Operations at Vitrolife.
In addition to her corporate roles, Emma has provided consultancy services in supply chain management for Med Tech and related industries. Her expertise in this area has been instrumental in helping companies streamline their operations, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.

With over 20 years of experience in the medical device field, Elin has extensive knowledge in Research & Development (R&D), Quality, and Regulatory Affairs. Currently, Elin serves as a Senior Project Manager at UGLK Science.
Before joining UGLK Science, Elin held various significant positions, including Chief Operations Officer and R&D Manager at RLS Global. In these roles, Elin was instrumental in driving innovation and managing operations to enhance product development and market reach. Additionally, Elin served as the R&D Process Manager at XVIVO Perfusion, where she played a key role in optimizing research processes and improving product efficacy.
Elin is also a co-inventor of Perfadex Plus, the market-leading product for the preservation of lungs before transplantation. This groundbreaking product has set new standards in the field and has been widely adopted in medical practices globally.
